We need a cell phone tower in Valley Springs, CA; 95252 I even have acreage not being used I would allow you to put one on. Verizon just installed a new tower here, so it would be in your best interest before people start switching to them.

I have spent not hours but days and cumulatively months and months over the years trying to resolve iPhone, internet and WiFi computer problems. Since I received my iPhone 6plus my phone says not connected to internet EVEN when I am at home connected to WiFi ... another isssue! I have gone back and forth with AT&T and Apple - as always blaming each other! This is not my job. I have lost so many hours in productivity and personal time. I am sitting in line trying to get on my phone- once again - no internet connection. when I am trying to conduct business! Sorry venting... don’t even let me go there about the the computer updates for window, printers lens, WiFi . It is not our job to “fix” your technical problems. How many times do you call and it is “your” problem...they don’t know what you are talking about or THEY don’t know what they are saying. And not trained! When you research - there are hundreds and hundreds of other customers having the SAME issues. This is applies to ALL the companies. This problem will not be taken care of until the “customers” take a stand and demand the services we paid for. How many work hours and personal time have you taken to resolve issues and problems that they ignore? CUSTOMER SERVICE has gone out the window. And we still get the same bill from all our communication companies - no matter what the downtime, personal time and lost, work hours we have incurred for non performing product and services? It is time for customers to come together and start deducting for services not performed. Technology companies need to be held responsible for keeping up, working with and integrating advances. Not having the customer running around desperate to get the services they are paying for an not receiving in an effort to resolve THEIR problem NOT ours. Whew thanks. It is Monday. What is my solution? AT&T? BYW- when u have spent so much time running around and downloading fixes- that don’t work. Nothing is more unnerving than- “there’s an app for that” really- how come customer support didn’t tell us??
or when we went back and forth from Apple to AT&T ... they didn’t “use the app.” To resolve the problem? Ok done. .

After many hours online chat with customer service via my wifi it was determined that my area has such high traffic it needs more towers to properly serve it with 4G mobile internet. My devices will work fine in another low traffic area but at home..no. The problem has become so critical there are others who can no long even make or receive a call nearby the high traffic area and specifically there is one ATT customer who is elderly and alone with only cell phone. Cell service is no longer a convenience, it is the life line of communication for many.
