I've noticed in the past month that the online locker feature has either been relocated or removed. Does anyone know how to get a similar feature or app where you can see your photos? Thanks in advance.

The site still doesn't work. I don't have an android or smart phone so I send the pictures to the locker site from my phone and it doesn't work.

I'm sorry you're not able to use the site.
Right now, only those with Android phones are able to use AT&T Locker Mobile.
You can use the site to share photos and files directly from your computer.

thats really frustrating. i cant seem to upload them to my computer either when i hook up the usb cable.

I just upgraded my service plan and I'm interested in the Locker that comes with the new plan. However, I have been unable to access it, either on my iPhone or the Web. I tried both through LTE and wifi. What is going on?
In the iPhone app it says "Login Temporarily Unavailable" and on the web page it just doesn't load. I got a PIN when I signed up, but was never able to enter it.

This is what I keep getting on the website! Logs in no problem, loading, redirects back to login page with no error messages.
Then im I getting this on the mobile app!

Hey everyone, I was able to log in with no issues just now. are you still having issues? I'm using Firefox.

Although this is an older thread, it is one of our most commonly viewed AT&T Locker threads. To ensure all of our customers are aware of the coming change to AT&T Locker, we wanted to place this updated information here.
As of August 3rd, 2017, AT&T Locker will be discontinued.
You can find all the information you'll need to ensure you have downloaded all of your information before the servers are shut down.
It's never ideal to discontinue any services that our customers use, and we appreciate your understanding.
