Disappointed.
All I wanted to do was find out online when my phone was due for an upgrade, which I never could figure out. Everything is difficult and just says upgrade now for an added fee. Which I don’t want to do. I also wanted to find out how to cancel service on my old tablet since I no longer use it anymore. I couldn’t figure out how to do that either. Why make the app so slow and difficult. I’m in my 20s I should be able to figure it out. No wonder your live Chat is always backed up with high volumes of wait times. No one can figure out how to use the thing. I’ve been an AT&T customer since it was Cingular and I’m HIGHLY disappointed.

To cancel a line, you must call AT&T.
Your bill tells you how many payments you have made on your phone and how many left.
Contracts are a thing of the past. There are no free upgrades.
Your options are:
Pay to upgrade with trade in (mint condition)
Pay off and keep your phone to upgrade.
And you can always just buy a phone to replace the one on your line.
