Cannot register my iPad...Always times out and says lost internet connection.
I have several problems with connecting to my whole home system with my iPad. On my iPad it shows about 5 shows on my dvr when I actually have 40 shows. Then when I go and register my iPad it takes forever then tells me it lost internet connection. I know that the internet didn't fail. I also have 2 dvr's and it doesn't seem to show any shows that are on the other dvr. Another issue is it only seems to show just a few channels that I can watch.
What do I need to do to connect my iPad?

I can relate to the confusion of not being able to connect a device to your Wi-Fi network. It will be my pleasure to help!
Please power down the modem/router for around 30, and then power it back on. Once it is back on again, please reboot the iPad and then try to connect it to your network again.
I also recommend visiting our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. This is a fantastic resource which is like a tech support agent who is available at any time! Once you are there, please go to Internet > Connect to a Wi-Fi Network.
