Caller Name ID has stopped

I keep getting a message that "Unfortunately, Caller Name ID has stopped." and will not allow me to take or make calls

Not being able to make or receive calls is a concern. I use my phone everyday so I understand how important this service is. I will assist with fixing this.
 
Please start off by powering the phone off and back on. Many times doing this will allow the phone to reconnect to the network. If that doesn’t help, please open the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. For the best experience please Log in. Next select your phone’s make and model. Then scroll down and select Phone calls to begin the troubleshooting steps.
