Call forwarding cannot be cancelled at all!

I have forwarded my calls to another number on my iphone 6. When I want to cancel it now, first of call it shows that call forwarding is not active. when I activate it, it goes to the place that I should enter the number and in the box it says "Loading". When I return to the previous menu, now I see that call forwarding is active. When I try to turn it off it says "Some call forwarding settings could not be changed"

 

I have tried all the solutions, from hard resetting my iphone to changing the simcard. I even put the simcard on another iphone and same problem still exist. I have tried all the codes (##002# and every other code related to call forwarding) and all return with some error message also. This has gotten very frustrating! Does anyone know the solution?!

Cannot cancel call forwarding. My husband calls my Spectrum landline and the calls are forwarded to my att Samsung Galaxy s10 note cellular phone. Please help. Hearing impaired.

This is a Spectrum situation with your landline nothing to do with AT&T cell service. Link below on Spectrum landline phone functions like call forwarding.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're unable to cancel call forwarding.

 

We'll need some additional details, so that we can better assist you:

  • Did you set up call forwarding on your landline with another service provider, or on your cell phone with wireless service from AT&T?
  • What steps have you already taken to try and disable call forwarding?
  • Also, does this only occur with your husband's phone calls, or are all of your phone calls being forwarded?
