Att locker blank screen

On my phone when I open att locker it will flash the app then go to a blank white screen. Back button does nothing only the home button which exits the app.
Any ideas?

AT&T Locker should never perform this way. I completely understand your concern and would be happy to assist you fix this!

If you haven’t been experiencing this for a long period of time, I recommend powering your phone completely off then back on again. Sometimes if your phone hasn’t been restarted in a few days – this can help! You can also clear the cache and data of the app itself. This is under Settings > Apps or Application Manager > Locker app. Don’t worry, this will not delete any of your stored content inside the app!
