We'd love to help you solve this issue! In order to do so, you'll need to cancel the feature, and then sign up again. You can do this by going to Settings > Account > Cancel Secure Family. Afterwards, you can sign up and again. You can visit our Secure Family support article if you want more information on how to manage the app. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns!

So I am trying to follow the directions posted however when I go under Settings > Account > there is not a > Cancel Secure Family option. Now what?
