ATT Thanks App Error

I have tried to set up my login on the app about 50 times.  I put in my username and password, it cycles 3 times while saying "Authenticating" and then I get this message:

 

Uh oh.  An error has occurred.  Please check back later.

 

I have been trying for 5 days - how much later?  Any ideas?

I apologize you have not been able to log into your AT&T Thanks app.  This can be annoying and problematic, but we can help!


The log-in is with your AT&T Access ID which is the same ID you would use for myAT&T app and online.  If this app will not allow you to register for an ID, you can try creating one from another resource.  Please follow this link to better understand your AT&T Access ID and this to create one.  Here will be our registration site. 


You can review our troubleshoot login article here.  You can attempt to register through the MyATT app as well!  In case you have trouble with it, please visit this article.   Here, you can change your AT&T Access ID.

@ATTHelp it didnt work. still i keep getting msg as Authentication error: Customer profile -1001 unable to retrieve all accounts

Is anyone from AT&t monitoring this? Look at the ratings for this app in the play store or Apple store... They are horrible because your customers can't get in. Your reps have no idea what to do and the techs are clueless as well. Seriously???

Login didn't work from website either.. Just keeps swirling. I've reset passwords, etc. Not much good if the app doesn't work...an unreachable deal is a deal deal.

I am guessing if you are a pre paid CUSTOMER, you can not participate. We are only ATT Customers when you want our money, but not for the benefits.

It looks like the app is a disaster. But I don't even have the Thanks  app . I just access it through my AT and T app. But guess what ...it doesn't matter, because you can never get the gifts that way either. Either it boots you out ( too many people trying to get it ) or you get the " sold out " response. AT and T has a lot of trouble getting ANYTHING to work !!!!!
