Hello @bfleck69,

I definitely understand how this has become a cause of concern for you. I would be more than happy to address this!

This website is an extension of the device; with this being the case, as a security measure, you can only access the site on devices connected to your homebase. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you find yourself needing additional assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us. Have a good rest of your week!

This issue still is not solved after over a year.  We have been on the phone & chats many times with no resolution.  It is important to be able to run updates, check messages, edit passwords, check devices & etc.  It would be nice to be able to manage this box through the "AT&T Wireless Internet Manager" as the manual says.

This did work before but not it just sits there and does nothing

As you commented in the above response, I am trying to "access the site on devices connected to your homebase" but it doesn't work. The http://att.wirelessinternet website appears to no longer be there.  It's like ATT dumped the device and left customers without support.  This is our only source of internet connection in our rural area.  I'm trying to troubleshoot what's happening with our sketchy service, it's been going on for over a year.

We had to order another box on Ebay and put the sim card in from the old box and the website worked.  Husband thinks something happened inside the old box.  Hope this helps.

looks like ATT has retail stores selling unsupported devices. I got mine right before we went into quarantine. I talked to several useless support people before I got to an “advanced technical support person”. His solution was to send me a new wireless modem. When I got it all the lights were blue. On the old device one of techs got my phone to work but not wireless . internet. I did not want to start over. I am able to get internet by plugging the modem into my iMac. But no wireless. I couldn’t be more (Edited per community guidelines) off with the competence of ATT.
