AT&T International Plan
Unable to make a call from my phone from either Switzerland or Italy. Signed up before leaving USA for $10/ day option. On line chat no help, cannot call support. Any ideas?

Do you get service at all? If not, make sure the international pay per use feature is also active on your line. Not having that can prevent getting service.
