AT&T Event Access
It says you will receive message within 48 hrs. but the event is tomorrow. How does that work? I used my information that’s on the account but not the account holder. Would that effect qualification?

We can help with that. To access AT&T Event Access, make sure to use the same AT&T user ID (username and password) that you use to log in to myAT&T.
