the downgraded 4g Wi-Fi service

Good afternoon...
I have been noticing a lot different amount of data service lately..I used to almost have full bars..now I barely have one...did you down grade us...I live in Reading Pa...thank you and I am not happy with this...I have been a customer for many years with no issues till now...thank you and have a good day

I totally understand how important it is for your service to work at the proper speed, I am more than happy to help with this.

 

I am so sorry you are having trouble with your service. The issue can be related to the phone itself. We have  a great app, AT&T Mark the Spot, which customers can use to help us locate coverage issues in order to get them looked into.  You can find out more about mark the spot here. Additionally I would recommend replacing your SIM card which you can get for free at any AT&T store.  You can also try our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool which may help with the issue you are having.

 

I am also going to reach out to you via private message to get some more information so I can make sure there are no issues with your account which could be causing this.
