text does not recognize two factor authentication.
when two factor authentication is sent to me, I never receive it. It doesn't show up in messages.

I started having this problem a few days ago. When my bank, Vanguard, or Morgan Stanley try to send me a two factor authentication code via SMS, I don't receive it for any of the three services.
I'd love to get help so I'm not locked out of my accounts.
