"No data service temporarily not offered..." error

I live in the Ocean Beach neighborhood of San Diego and I started receiving this notification earlier today on my Galaxy S9. I've read countless forums and have tried every suggestion....nothing works. Is this a network issue in my area? If someone can provide me with some peace of mind, I'd appreciate it.

Hi, @Maverick26,

Is your Galaxy still connecting to the signal today? We're not showing any issues in your area at this time. If you're still not receiving a wireless signal press and hold the Power/Lock button, then select Restart>Restart. If you're still not connecting after, please let us know so we might investigate further.

You can us the AT&T Mark the Spot app to directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues. It can also keep you up to date on network news and upcoming improvements.

Have a great week!
