internet not working
internet not working on my phone. it states you are offline. I have restarted the phone. made sure not on airplane mode and check to make sure my data was on. since cannot coinnect. please help....

Welcome to the Community Forums! I can understand how troubling it is to not have access to data. I would be more than happy to assist you with this!
The first thing I would suggest is clearing the cache partition on your device. To do so please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key, Home key, and Power key at the same time.
3. When the phone powers on, the Android System Recovery screen will appear
4. Release all of the keys
5. Press the Volume down key to highlight “Wipe cache partition”
6. Press the Power key to select
If this does not work, a great way to fix network issues is by using our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool online, which provides additional steps you can try. Please select your devices make and model, under Service/Network Issues, select Internet, and complete the guide.
