How do I get international roaming on my plan?

Hi. Thanks for feedback. Do you know how to fix this obstacle? Can this problem be resolved if to change tariff? 

Tariff = tax.  

No.  Prepaid cannot roam, period.  If the phone is unlocked you can purchase local service for it.  If the phone is locked to ATT it will not work. 

My phone unlocked. I bought sim card in NY and activated it in NY. Within US territory it works very well but on this time I'm in Russia. The sim card doesn't work here, in roaming. Here in Russia (Moscow) AT&T has brach. Maybe they change tariff here?

YOU CANNOT USE ATT, you have no service.  Cannot be any clearer!  

Buy local service and save the ATT sim for the USA.  ATT has business service in Russia.  No prepaid.

Appreciate your patience in responding to the customers' question. I have similar situation where I am on AT&T Prepaid for a number of years and I like what I am paying for. 

I would like to propose this feedback/feature to be included whereby a customer can add certain dollar amount to their amount and if they have good long standing relationship with AT&T, you would allow at least basic (128Kbps) internet on international roaming. 

I would like to AT&T to consider upgrading such feature in the near future. As the world is getting smaller with customers flying aboard in many cases, a limited international roaming feature would be greatly welcome.

ATT does not offer roaming with prepaid, other than Mexico and Canada.   To get what you want you must switch to a postpaid Account.

I would like  ATT and T to consider International Roaming for Pre Paid customers as long as they have enough dollars credit into their account ,

I am having account for more than 5 years , but no roaming  and sometime needs same number while traveling to get text from bank on the same number 

I am in India and have AT&T Go Phonecard.  It does not allow any international roaming.   I want to keep the AT&T Go card number but want to have the facility to get text messages.  How can I do it?  Ready to pay more or change the plan.  This is urgent. Please help. 

Google Fi is the answer! Port the number and you’ll be happy about it. To keep the cost low you will need at least 4 members on your plan which gives the best bang for your buck.
