does my ATT signature member discount apply to the Unlimited Choice Plan with HBO
IF I switch over 4 lines from Verizon and get 4 new phones do I get to apply my ATT Signature member discount to the Unlimited Choice plan with free HBO?

No. The only discounts available on either unlimited plus or choice is the autopay discount and military discount.
