data wont work
I can't get the data to turn on so therefore I can't send or receive pic messages and I can't download anything

I’m very sorry to hear you are having an issue with your mobile data. I know this can be frustrating, and I appreciate you bringing this matter up to me. It will be my pleasure to assist you with this!
If the data on your device is off, we would have to manually toggle the data back on. First, I would like to invite you to visit our Device Support page. Once there pick your device by make and model. Please select view all, this will take you to a new page. On this new page choose, Connectivity from the left, and then signal and cellular data.
