data usage

I have been on here for 30 min my new unite has gone up 2GB. I went from 10 to 15 to 20 GB in one week. I have cleared all my data on my phone, apps, reset to factory default with att help, turned off sync, wifi, all on my phone. My old elevate didn't do this. I use my work computer to work from home. I thought I had it set after the phone was reset to factory default. Nope, still climbing. How nerve wrecking.I have never done this before so be nice please and please help me, mawmaw is running out of sewing money. Smiley Happy

Thanks,

sewingmawmaw

Hello @sewingmawmaw

You're saying your data is being used on your Unite hot spot device, right? And with your work laptop? I don't think your phone is causing troubles here, more likely it is your computer that's using all that data, however it's virtually impossible for us to know how your data is being used, AT&T only keeps track of the total amount. Do you watch any videos online? do you download large files or attachments? any web conferences or anything else that could be using all that data?

Thanks,

Dmitriy
