cannot send/receive MMS messages and cannot update software

cannot send/receive MMS messages and cannot update software

Can no longer send/receive MMS messages on my ZTE222 phone. Was working till a couple months ago. Also cannot check for software updates, it gives me the message "no server" and won't let me check again for 24 hours.

Good morning @johannapnc,

 

Allow us to lend a helping hand. What happens when you attempt to send a text? Are you experiencing issues with any other services? Check out this support article on Software updates for the AT&T Z222, it will walk you through how to install the update.

 

Also try walking through some troubleshooting steps in our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool just select your device and the issue that you're experiencing. Thanks for reaching out to us.
