    Hi. Recently I signed a contract with AT&T for home and internet service. The seller gave me the ATT-HOMEBASE -6207 modem which receive inalambric signal like a cellphone.     So, my dad won't allow me to have a smart phone because he thinks I would use all of his data. I now have a job and I am willing to pay for my own plan. So, my question is how old do I have to be to own my own data plan?

    I attend school online. At least three times a week I utilize hotspot to get online. It munches up my data. Is there some way to turn off background data without turning on airplane mode? I am getting tired of paying up to $45 every month for additional data GB.

    I regularly receive a message failed response when I attempt to send a text message. I have 5 bars of celluar service and the text still won't go through until I re-start the phone.

    Are you going to do anything to make it up for us not having service? Or is just a sorry this is happening all we get? I use my phone for work so this is not helping me when I can't use my phone.

    I have went to my att and check to make sure data was enabled on my phone (samsung galaxy s5 active) & yes it was. We have 4 devices on 3G shared rollover. I have unchecked box for Smart WiFi.     Wednesday it works. Thursday it doesn't. Friday I it works and tells me all the texts and call data. Today does not show any activity but I know there were texts because I was one of them! Is this normal? Is it because it's an iPhone?
