After many years with at&t I'm going to switch provider for one simple reason, we are 12 in a group text that care for the needs of our place of worship and I'm the only person ( because of having att as a provider) that is not able to reply in our group text. Why is this the case with at&t limit of 10 persons only.

We hate to hear that you are having trouble using the group text feature for your device. Allow us to offer assistance!


Have you checked to see if your device is updated with the latest software? Have you enabled advance messaging on your cellphone? What device are you currently using?


You can access our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool by selecting the cellphone brand/model you have, go to Messaging in the Service/Network Issues tab and follow the prompts.
