Wifi-Calling

I have been trying to set up my wifi-calling and it says my address is a PO box when it isn't, how do I fix this problem? I have wifi at my home, and no cell service, so wifi calling is definitely an option to use.

Salutations @Blincoln,

One great resource to use is the United States Postal Service website and enter your address; it may format the address in such a way that is valid for the E911 address.

Another option that you may try and complete is resetting the network settings.  In order to do this go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. The phone will reboot, when it boots up completely try to set up the Wi-Fi calling. This does not affect any personal information stored on the device but you may have to reconnect any Bluetooth devices and re-enter any saved Wi-Fi passwords.

I hope you find this information helpful, hope you have a fantastic day.
