Smartphones: 

$20 for 300 MB   If you go over 300 MB it's an additional $20 for another 300 MB

$30 for 3 GB   If you go over 3 GB it's an additional $10 per 1 GB

$50 for 5 GB (and tethering)   If you go over 5 GB it's an additional $10 per 1 GB

 

feature phones: 

$10 for unlimited (if you have family messaging unlimited)

$15 for unlimited (if you don't have family messaging unlimited)

Read the fine print. They have differant criteria you have to qualify for to get those special. They sure don't make it easy on customers.
