Voicemail

My voice mail will not work. How can I trouble shoot the problem

Hello @Wayne147,


Voicemails are important to receive and when it isn't working, it can be a problem!  There are several helpful resources we have to help you with this.


If you are using Visual Voicemail, mobile data will need to be on in order to have them sync.  You are able to keep Wi-Fi on at same time, but do you keep the mobile data on as well?  If not, you can click here for device support on how to turn it on.  You will first choose your device and then click on the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose connectivity Signal & Cellular Data.


Please also visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  Here, you choose your phone > then choose Voicemail.  You can follow this troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your issue!  


If all else fails, the last step will be is a factory reset which you can do from the previous device support link.  You will first go on from the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose Backup & Restore on the left side column > Here, you will find different ways to back-up your device prior to a factory reset.  After your backup, you would choose Troubleshooting on the left side column > Choose Reset Device in order to perform a factory reset.
