Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble getting notified about incoming voicemails. I can certainly understand the importance of making sure these notifications come in sooner.
Our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool is a great place to start. This tool is helpful and narrowing down and correcting most device and feature issues. For a more personalized experience, please log into your myAT&T account and chose your device from the drop down.
