Hi, I cannot acces my voicemail since the last year. I tried to change my voicemail password, but I even cannot do this... After I'm trying to enter a new pass it says: voicemail unavailable. Could not authorize access.
There is definitely importance in regaining access to your voice mailbox for several reasons. Being I use this feature myself every day, i would also be concerned.
It sounds to me like the mailbox might not be setup. I would like to access your account and research this further. Can you please send me a private message to @ATTCares? Please include your full name, account number, phone number and any additional details you can provide.
