Voice mail problems

I can't get or listen to my voice mail. And when I push the voice mail icon it says my sims card has been changed. I haven't changed it. But if someone else did can I find out the date and time when it was changed?

Welcome to the Community Forums! If I couldn’t access my voicemail I would be very inconvenienced.  I would be happy to help you get this fixed.

 

I do not believe your SIM was changed.  If it had been, you would be unable to make and receive calls with the old SIM still in the device.  Let’s try some troubleshooting first to see if maybe it is just giving an incorrect error. 

 

We have a great Voicemail Hub which provides many tutorials and helpful articles.  Please look through these to see if any address your issue. 

 

If none of those help you access your voicemail, please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  Make sure your device is selected, and then for the issue choose Voicemail.  Please complete all the steps.
