Using my phone as a mobile hot spot
We have unlimited data on our company phones, but i can not change my phone to be a mobile hot spot without switching plans. My users have to carry external hot spots because of this. Cant this be an add on feature, even if its a charge?

Hello @turfcare,
Thanks for reaching out! We'd love to clear things up for you, regarding mobile hotspot. Using this feature is tied to a compatible data plan. You can visit our page that goes over setting up a mobile hotspot. It provides information with how to set it up, as well as reinforcing that certain plans won't have this feature available. Let us know if you have any further questions!

This is not chat. This is a customer populated forum. AT&T rarely responds and certainly not on an existing thread that's several months to a year old. Look at your plan details online. It should tell you what plan you have and how much data and if you have access to your hotspot. The plan name might help.
If hotspot is available, go into the settings of your phone to turn it on. It should have a code to connect secondary devices
