Unregister a registered spam number
I accidentally registered two of my contacts as Spam numbers and would like to unregister them

I cannot even begin to explain how many times I have accidently caused my contacts to be listed as spam, so you are in good company. Luckily this is a pretty easy fix from the phone settings, so we let’s get those numbers unblocked!
The steps on where to find the settings can be a little different depending on the kind of phone you have. In most cases, you can do it from Settings > Call Settings. You would be looking for either the Reject, or Spam option.
Our Device Support page has fantastic step by step guides for almost all of the phones we carry. Once you reach the page, please select the make/model of the device. You will then want to choose Tutorials > Calling > Block or unblock calls.
