there used to be a way to set data plan usage times
you could schedule times for homework, school and sleep with 0 data available
Can this still be accomplished within myatt?

You can use Smart Limits as a way to limit the data usage according to the way you described. Smart Limits is located on the AT&T account app. The following link has information and instructions. I hope this helps.
