My husband has been having this same issue. He's on a new windows phone because the reps at the ATT store told him it was a hardware issue. It's not. He has switched out SIM cards, done factory resets on both his old phone and new phone. This is happening with individual messages but I wouldn't be surprised if it happened during group texts as well. I am super p.issed we spent extra money on a new phone when it wasn't the phone. I want this issue fixed.

Can you please provide more information on the problem he is experiencing with messages? Any error messages are very helpful in finding the root of the problem.
