Test message not working

Looks like I'm sending messages and recipient never receives.

Hello @Carlottajean.

 

We recommend starting with our Troubleshoot Device tool. Choose your device and under ‘Service/network issues’ choose ‘Messaging.’ If that does not resolve the issue, let us know what device you have so we can do further troubleshooting. Thanks for reaching out to us on Forums!
