Slow/non existent text messaging
Text messages are taking FOREVER to send - if ever. Also, am receiving answers to texts I send BEFORE they are shown as being sent!! Eats a lot of battery power to send ONE text!! This has been going on since at least 5/6...

I understand your concern with the time it is taking to either receiving or send messages. Definitely I can help you!
What it sounds like is there is a burp in the connection between your phone and our network. You can refresh the connection by turning On Airplane mode, rebooting the device, turn airplane more Off, and then test to see if issue is resolved.
I also recommend visiting our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool for more troubleshooting steps. It is a fantastic resource which gives personalized steps, and can pinpoint the source of the error! After selecting your phone’s make and model, please go to Service/network issues > Messaging.

How is this resolved. The internet service is so slow can't send text so customer has to turn phone off & on? Trying repairing slow speed of internet or continuous connection loss that the customer is paying their money to receive quailty service.

I must say, airplane mode is always a good start for number of issues. What about when text's sent via email are taking an abnormally long time to be received by the recipient?
