S9 ATT Advanced Messaging add every time I try to text
I turned off advanced messaging. Now every time I try to text somone the ATT add comes up "Start Using Advanced messaging". How do you get rid of that stupid add.

We definitely want to get advanced text messaging working for you. It would be annoying having to constantly turn the feature on and off. I will be happy to assist you with this matter.

That was not a solution. How do I disable that screen? I don't want advanced messaging at all in any form.
