@mikhailkaretov ATT does not provide service in Russia. If you have postpaid ATT service, your phone should be able to roam in Russia but you may need to ensure the international "pay per use" feature is on your line. If you have prepaid ATT service, sorry your prepaid service does not support international roaming and will not work in Russia.

@abetaev Once again, prepaid service does not support international roaming other than Canada and Mexico. The international add-on you bought was for making calls from the US to international numbers. Your prepaid service will not work in Russia or anywhere else outside of North America. There is no way for you to receive texts on your US prepaid number in Russia.

Hi @mikhailkaretov,

I completely understand how important it is to receive service on your device in Russia. I am pleased to look into this for you!

I am sorry you are having trouble with service in Russia. The first thing I will suggest is our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Once you open the link, please select your make and model of device.  Next please select Phone Calls under Service Network, from there follow the prompts to troubleshoot.  Let me know if you have any questions!

Have an amazing rest of your day!

Hello

I have the same problem and my bank requires me to receive text messages in order to perform some sensitive operations. I have prepaid account. Is there any way to get those text messages? I've tried to activate an international roaming addon for $5 but it had not helped.

BTW, i was not able to create an account on this site (even being in US).

thanks in advance,

Alex
