Re: Retrieve Voice mail after 30 days?

Retrieve Voice mail after 30 days?

It appears that the visual voicemail app automatically removes messages after 30 days, I didn't realize this until my friend just died and I wanted to retrieve a particular message from him that at the time I didn't know would be important to me. Is there ANY way I can get access to my messages after they've reached the 30 day mark?

Hello @questionmyanswr

We're sorry about your losses. To retain Visual Voicemail messages beyond the 30 day storage length you must save, or Backup and Restore you visual voicemail messages to iCloud.

Here's a great article that helps explains what does iCloud back up, and how to restore it. Please check it out. We hope it helps in your time of need. Thank you!
