Replacement phone unable to connect to internet

Replacement Att prepaid phone not connecting to internet after switching to new device, i can receive calls texts and picutre texts but no internet. Says i have 0% data left on monthly plan. (Just purchased a refill card today & account info has been updated online and i received the text monthly plan updated on replacement phone) please help ASAP
