Currently AT&T has the following Rich Communication Services (RCS):
We do not have any information of it and when we will support Universal RCS. Please keep up with our latest announcements in the AT&T Newsroom. If you have any further questions please let us know.

We're still waiting for an update from AT&T and the use of non AT&T-proprietary profiles. I understand you offer a few "RCS" services, however, they are extremely limited and work with very few devices so you don't need to tell me again about something I can't and don't want to use.
