Promo for 6G add on data for signing up with autopay
I received a text & message on my AT&T account advertising a promo that offered 6G of additional data for signing up with autopay. It stated that I had until December 20th to take advantage of this and that the additional data would be added WITH IN 3 days of signing up for autopay. I signed up on December 15 & called today to inquire about when the data would be added. First, the representatives said that I had to wait until the 20th, but after I pointed out that the promo clearly stated with in 3 days of signing up, they agreed to add it buy had to wait the full 3 days. I Justin wanted to understand why since the promo states WITH IN 3 days & because I work, it would be very inconvenient for me to have to call back tomorrow & go through this whole process again. I don't understand why AT&T are giving me such a hassle & not honoring their promo advertisement. Please help.
