Possible blocked Domain
Running trail cameras that use data only to send via email photos to phones. This service has been working fine for over a year. Suddenly none of the phones on at&t are receiving from the cameras. Have had previous issues with another provider that blocked the domain of our email server. I have not been able to get ahold of the correct people within at&t to find out if our email domain has been blocked. Any help?

Good Saturday evening @nerobia,
This is a very interesting issue. The messages are actually sent as MMS messages to your email account. AT&T does not block outgoing emails.
Let me start by gathering some information first. Please send a private message to @ATTCares. In this message be sure to include the following information;
Full name:
Email Address:
Account number:
Make and model of the camera:
With this I will be able to take a look at the account, and make sure it is still provisioned correctly. See if I can find any issues with the email address. Research the camera, and we will go from there.
