How do i change my plan on my phone? Right now i have unlimited talk, text, data, etc. i wanted to go a step down from that. Will i have to go in store to do so?

Compare and change wireless plans

  1. Go to Change my plan to see your current plan and our other plans.
  2. Scroll through our other plans. Select Compare to my plan to get a side-by-side view.
  3. Compare plans and decide which one you want.
    • Choose Select & review and follow the prompts to switch plans.
