I'm trying to see my usage aqnd phone calls made on my bill and I can't access it

Howdy, @Gesdia21!

Welcome to the Community Forums! I can understand how important it is to find your call logs. I can assist you with this!  

First you will want to make sure you are logged in to your MYAT&T account on our Website. From there you will want to click the Blue Plus sign under My Wireless. Scroll down and click on See All My Usage. Go down to Data, Talk, and Text Log. Once there you will choose on the line you would like to see the usage on.

I try that but it keeps telling me unable to access right now and they are working on it

I have the $25 pre-paid AT&T plan and literally only turn my dumb flip phone on maybe once a month, and rarely make phone calls except to check voicemail (see problems with that below) - so how did my $2/day charges reduce my balance in 2 or 3 months when I only used it 2 or 3 times? I shouldn't get charged just for turning the phone on, correct? (it's only used for emergencies).



Spam voicemail is another big problem - keep getting telemarketers calling my cell, and not knowing who called I burn the $2/day charge checking voicemail only to discover it's more spam - I see no way to block calls to my dumb phone by blocking calls from anyone not on my contact list. Is there any way to get rid of this nuisance that's costing me money?

I'm been having the same problem for over 2 weeks & all I get is the run around from AT&T.  I don't think they even care at this point.
