Passport problems
Hi. I bought the passport package so I could make calls and text in Cabo San Lucas. I have no cellular service even though I am in town. I tried resetting my network services and resetting my phone. I cannot figure out a way to email or chat with AT&T tech support after scouring the website. Please help. I need my phone for work. Thanks.

@Jrb1234 Power your phone off and power it back on.
Check your settings at att.com and see if you have pay per use enabled
You do see other people in town making cell calls so that you know there is actual coverage in that area?
