Hello @DWBOWERS!

I understand the importance of having the ability to transfer this information. I’ll be happy to provide you instructions!

This phone offers a simple way to transfer media to & from your computer. Please follow the next steps:

  1. Insert the USB end of the cable into an open port on the PC.
  2. On the device, scroll to Mass Storage, then press the Center Nav Key
  3. On the computer, click Start
  4. Click Computer
  5. Open the newly connected device drive.
  6. Open the desired option from the available device storage sources.
  7. Navigate to the desired folder
  8. Drag and drop the desired files to/from the device to transfer.

Don't hesiste to let us know if you have any other questions!

Happy weekend!

The Pantech P2050 does NOT give me the option. I've enclosed a snapshot of the files available. The phone does not give me the option to export the contact list as ANY type of file. This is aggravating to say the least. Maybe this is why the stores (Checked with many of them.) can't seem to find a solution either. Pantech has a program that is supposed to communicate with the phone but I haven't been able to find a reliable site to download it. (So far - all my searches go places that do not have anything to do with the Pantech company.) Maybe you could use the power of your position to get a link from Pantech that works. I'll keep trying on my end too.
Thank you for your time.

Your suggested solution DOES NOT WORK!!!! I replied after you sent this information. The Pantech P2050 does not give me the option to get the phone contacts the way you described. Please dig deeper into this as there are others now replying they too have the same problem. DO NOT mark this as completed! It is still alive and kicking.

This solution DOES NOT WORK!!!!! The Pantech P2050 does NOT give the option of looking at or copying the contact list. Please dig a little deeper into this as there are now others saying they too have this problem. It is not just our phone, but evidently this model does not support looking at or copying of the contact list as described in your solution.

Pantech is not interested in solving this - can you help? I know there is a program they have that says it can copy the contact list but I cannot find a reputable site to download it from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
