Ah, do you mean on the UNLIMITED PLUS plan?

No, it's just supposed to slow down when you pass the 10GB.

IF you have no rollover from the previous month

If you have a Mobile Share VALUE plan it's $15 each additional GB (no carry over).
If you have a Mobile Share ADVANTAGE plan, you slow to a crawl for the rest of the month but no overage costs.
