Re: OVERSEAS COVERAGE AND FEES

Hey @palicasusi,

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help with your international charge concerns!

I can confirm putting your phone in Airplane mode shuts off the network functionality of the device, and you should not incur any charges while traveling with the device in this mode.

Please be advised, some devices may not allow Wi-Fi to be enabled with Airplane Mode active or may disable Airplane mode when you attempt to connect to a Wi-Fi network. Ensure the Airplane mode icon is present in the status bar.

I hope this helps!

Re: OVERSEAS COVERAGE AND FEES

Hello again @palicasusi,

Thanks for reaching back out! If you do need to make an emergency call, our Pay Per Use rates for usage would be $1.00-$3.00/min for calls depending which country you are in.

Another method to avoid roaming charges, is removing the SIM card completely from your phone. With doing so, our network will not detect you are traveling internationally. You would still be able to use your camera for photos and access the internet over Wi-Fi if needed.

Thank you for your time! Safe travels.
