I have been receiving text messages on my Samsung note 8 from Verizon customers since Sunday 5-12-19. They are receiving mine from AT&T. I have been receiving texts from other AT&T and Sprint users. Anyone having this issue? I'm in Washington state. My cousin in Nashville on AT&T received a test from a Verizon user on his iPhone 8.
We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you haven't been receiving these text messages. We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you. How many different users are you not receiving text messages from? Are those users having trouble with sending text messages to anyone else? Are these SMS or MMS text messages? Have you checked to make sure that you're using the Latest software update for your Samsung Galaxy Note 8? Please let us know. We also recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Software is current. This issue just started on Monday. No issues on Sunday. I have put in an IT ticket with my company. Other AT&T users with Note 8 are having the same issue. We are not receiving any type of message from Verizon users but they receive messages from us. We are receiving messages from other carrier users ie, Tmobile, Sprint, AT&T etc. Not sure if this is effecting iPhone users or not. One employee that has an AT&T iPhone had her husband send a message to her from his Verizon Samsung phone and she recieved it though.
