Not receiving group text messages
I have repeatedly had trouble receiving text messages on my phone. It seems to happen with group texts when there are both iphone and Android devices in the group. I will get messages for days and then they will stop suddenly. I have missed very important work-related messages and would love to fix this quickly.

Welcome to the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with your group messages, but I can definitely address this for you.
Have you tried our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? It’s like having your own personal technical support assistant! Once here, choose your device and select Messaging under Service/network issues. Answer all the questions as accurately as possible to receive the best resolution.

I had this same problem for the past year or so. Got a new phone yesterday, and the problem still persist. So I now know it is the service with at&t. No one in technical support, although they are nice, can resolve the issue. All they do is refresh my network. I don’t live in a remote area were there is no service so this should not be happening. It has become very frustrating and at times embarrassing and I have missed some important messages because of this issue. I have been with at&t for over 15 years and pay almost $200 a month for wireless service that occasionally works. It seems like at&t has a big network issue and there network is jammed. Unfortunately they will be losing a customer very soon. Currently shopping around....

I am currently having issues with receiving group texts! Seems like no one can figure out a resolution. I may have to start shopping around also, extremely frustrating!!!!
